Products purchased remotely:

Products purchased at a distance can be returned according to O.G. 34 / 2014. The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalty and without giving any reason, within 14 working days of receipt of the product or, in the case of services, of the conclusion of the contract.

The return of the products will be made at the customer’s expense, within 5 working days from the termination of the contract, using the same transport service with which the shipment was made. AUTENTIC TEX S.R.L. – Dubai Collection will return the order value within 30 days from the date of written termination of the contract. The amount returned and the conditions of return do not include shipping costs. We do not accept for return products with physical changes, quantitative shortages, dents, nicks, scratches, shocks, etc.

The conclusion of the contract takes place at the moment of issuing the invoice and not when the order is launched or the automatic confirmation of receipt of this order is issued.

General conditions for return

– If several products of the same kind have been purchased, only one unsealed product can be returned, the rest of the quantity is accepted only if the products are sealed.

– The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (in the original packaging, with all accessories, with intact labels and documents that accompanied it). We do not accept for return products that show physical changes, dents, chipping, scratches, shocks, traces of excessive use and/or unauthorized interventions, etc.

– If the returned product shows damaged or incomplete packaging, traces of wear, scratches, dents, electric shocks, missing accessories, missing warranty certificates, we reserve the right to decide to refuse the return or to withhold an amount of its value, which amount will be communicated after assessing the damage caused.

– In case of repeated returns (more than 3 unfounded returns) we reserve the right to refuse to accept the return.

Return conditions specific to certain product categories:

According to OG 34/2014 of 04/06/2014, cosmetic products that are boxed and sealed at the time of sale and perfumes can only be returned if they are sealed. Products that no longer have the original packaging in which they were delivered cannot be returned.

GC 34/2014 – Article 16 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 9-15 is not applicable to distance and off-premises contracts:
the supply of sealed products which cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed by the consumer.”
